PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY IN ANY MANNER. PARTICIPANTS IN THE GIVEAWAY MUST REGISTER AND MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT WITH UNDERDOG. COLLECTIVELY, “UNDERDOG” REFERS TO UNDERDOG SPORTS HOLDINGS, INC., ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, UNDERDOG SPORTS, LLC D/B/A UNDERDOG FANTASY; UDM, LLC D/B/A UNDERDOG PREDICT; AND UDM SERVICES, LLC. UNDERDOG PROVIDES AN ONLINE PLATFORM VIA ITS UNDERDOG APP (WHETHER ON ANDROID, IOS, OR OTHERWISE) AND MAY ALSO OFFER THE PLATFORM THROUGH A WEBSITE (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”). PARTICIPANTS IN THE GIVEAWAY MUST ALSO ACCEPT THE UNDERDOG FANTASY & UNDERDOG PREDICT TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”), WHICH IN TURN INCORPORATE AND APPLY TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN AND CONTROL THE GIVEAWAY AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE TERMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RULES EXPRESSLY INCORPORATE MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS. Description of Giveaway
Welcome to the Underdog Mets Losing Streak Giveaway (“Giveaway”). Following each regular season game that the New York Mets lose during the Giveaway period, Underdog will award one (1) eligible participant one thousand dollars ($1,000) in withdrawable cash deposited directly to their Underdog account (“Giveaway Reward” or “Prize”). A separate random drawing will be conducted for each qualifying Mets loss during the Giveaway Period. The Giveaway will conclude upon the earlier of: (i) the New York Mets winning a regular season game; or (ii) the award of five (5) Prizes totaling a maximum aggregate of five thousand dollars ($5,000). For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum total Prize value across all drawings conducted under this Giveaway is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Underdog (“Sponsor”). References to “you” or “your” throughout these Official Rules mean the person to whom a Giveaway Reward is issued upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions set forth in this Giveaway. Redemption of any Giveaway Reward is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all these Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Giveaway participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor.
Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Giveaway is at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway Period begins on April 20, 2026, and ends upon the earlier of: (i) the New York Mets winning a regular season game following the start of the Giveaway Period; or (ii) the completion of five (5) qualifying drawings (“Giveaway Period”). For purposes of this Giveaway, a “qualifying Mets loss” means any New York Mets Major League Baseball regular season game that concludes with a loss by the Mets during the Giveaway Period. For purposes of this Giveaway, a "qualifying Mets loss" means any New York Mets Major League Baseball regular season game that concludes with a loss by the Mets during the Giveaway Period. Suspended, postponed, or weather-shortened games that do not result in an official loss by the Mets shall not constitute a qualifying Mets loss, regardless of the score at the time of suspension or postponement.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is only open to individuals who are: (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age, except for individuals who are physically located in Alabama, Colorado (for some games), or Nebraska, in which case you must be at least nineteen (19) years of age; and for individuals who are physically located in Arizona, Massachusetts, or Virginia, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (ii) registered users of Underdog with an active Underdog account; (iii) not enrolled in any U.S. state or Underdog self-exclusion program or on an active cool-off during the Giveaway Period; and (iv) residents of the United States, its territories, or the District of Columbia, where not prohibited by law.
Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Giveaway, including this Giveaway, for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your contest patterns or contest history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Giveaway in good faith.
Any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions, eligibility, or anything else concerning this Giveaway will be resolved at the sole discretion of Sponsor, and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto.
Any participant who is found to be ineligible to play on Underdog immediately forfeits any Giveaway Reward and any other awards or offers associated with this Giveaway.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must: (i) follow @Underdog on X; and (ii) repost the official Giveaway post published by @Underdog on X announcing the Giveaway. Completion of these steps constitutes one (1) entry into each drawing conducted during the Giveaway Period. No further action is required to remain eligible for subsequent drawings.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Winner Selection and Notification
Following the close of each drawing entry period, Sponsor will select one (1) winner per drawing via a random drawing using xpickr.com or a similar random selection tool. Odds of winning each drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
The selected winner will be notified via direct message on X. The winner will be asked to provide their Underdog account username so that the Prize can be deposited to their account. If the winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
A participant may win more than one drawing during the Giveaway Period.
Winner selection and notification timing is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to publicly announce winners on its X account.
Prizes and Odds of Winning
Each drawing will award one (1) Prize of one thousand dollars ($1,000) in withdrawable cash deposited to the winner’s Underdog account, subject to verification of the recipient’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. A maximum of five (5) Prizes will be awarded under this Giveaway.
Total Maximum Aggregate Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes: $5,000.
Odds of winning any individual drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
In the event a potential recipient does not meet the requirements for claiming a Prize, such potential recipient shall not be entitled to the Prize, or any other item, compensation or monetary value whatsoever, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the potential recipient.
Prize Restrictions
Prize will be deposited to the winner's Underdog account as withdrawable cash within seven (7) business days of winner verification. Prize is non-transferable.
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The Prize value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold any winnings as required by applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
Claiming Giveaway Reward
Upon winner notification via X direct message, the winner must provide their Underdog account username within seventy-two (72) hours. Once verified, Sponsor will deposit the Prize to the winner’s Underdog account. Prizes are withdrawable subject to Underdog’s standard withdrawal terms. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize received.
Registration Procedures
To qualify for the Giveaway, you must have an active Underdog account. Creating an Underdog account is free. By submitting your information and creating an Underdog account, you will be required to agree to all applicable Underdog Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, and all other applicable terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Underdog Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, you cannot create an Underdog account, and thus, you cannot claim a Prize in this Giveaway.
Limitations on Participation
In addition to the eligibility requirements outlined above, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in this Giveaway for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your contest patterns or contest history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Giveaway in good faith. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible, and shall have no liability, for any errors or omissions in any advertising for the Giveaway, nor shall Sponsor be liable for computer, device, or program malfunctions. Sponsor is not liable for any erroneous issuance of a Giveaway Reward or any technical issue that affects Giveaway participation or Giveaway Reward delivery.

General Information
Waiver and Severability of Terms. The failure of Underdog to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the arbitrator or court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
Statute of Limitations. You and Underdog agree that any claims or lawsuits, regardless of form, arising out of or related to the website, app or platform (including the Giveaway) or these Terms and Conditions, the Underdog Terms of Use or Privacy Policy must BE FILED within ONE (1) YEAR of the action, omission, event or occurrence giving rise to the claim or suit, after which such claims will be time-barred and prohibited, without regard to any longer period of time which may be provided by any period of limitation or repose by law or statute. This statute of limitations provision does not apply to residents of New Jersey.
Section Titles. The section titles in the Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
