Randle has led the Knicks with a 25.8% assist rate during the last six games, and Brunson's 18.9% assist rate ranks third on the team. Brunson led the team with a 30.8% assist rate, while Randle logged a 16.7% clip before the last six contests.

They have now registered the fourth-best defensive rating (110.8) as they allowed the second-lowest three-point percentage (32.3%) during their previous ten games. Charlotte has posted the lowest winning percentage (11.1%) and scored the fewest points per 100 possessions (108.3) against teams that have logged top-ten defensive ratings throughout the season.

Powell exceeded 33.0 minutes in two of the three games of Wood's absence, with the exception being when Ivica Zubac played just 22.5 minutes for the Clippers. Against a Suns team that will use two traditional centers, Powell should similarly play additional time.

Ayton should return to a diminished role due to sharing the floor with Johnson and Paul. The Suns have been significantly better at home this season, posting an 18-7 record at the Footprint Center thus far. Conversely, the Mavs have been considerably worse on the road, allowing the fourth-most points per 100 possessions (119.0) and recording an 8-15 record.

Bates-Diop effectively absorbed Langford's time as he went from the fringes of the rotation into the starting lineup, contributing 11 points and seven rebounds on five-for-10 shooting in 25.2 minutes.

Zubac has registered an increased 25.5% rebound rate in three matchups with the Spurs this season, and he cleared 35.0 minutes during the two matches that remained competitive.
