Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) — Available
Pat Connaughton (calf) — Out
Khris Middleton (knee) — Out
Jae Crowder (conditioning) — Out
Bobby Portis (knee) — Injured
Joe Ingles, MarJon Beauchamp, Wesley Matthews, and Sandro Mamukelashvili project to serve as the top reserves, with Ingles being the most likely for an involved offensive role and extended minutes. Antetokounmpo has averaged 14.5 rebounds in six regular-season games against the Bulls during the last two seasons, including a 44-point, 22-rebound performance with Middleton sidelined for their most recent matchup.
Confirmed Lineup: Ayo Dosunmu, Coby White, Zach LaVine, Patrick Williams, Nikola Vucevic
DeMar DeRozan (quad) — Out
Alex Caruso (foot) — Out
Derrick Jones Jr. (adductor) — Out
Goran Dragic (knee) — Out
Javonte Green (knee) — Injured
Lonzo Ball (knee) — Injured
Chicago's depth will be tested in ways it hasn't been all season. White should clear 30 minutes again, and Carlik Jones should serve as the second-unit creator if White gets the starting nod. Dalen Terry likely plays more time than Jones, Malcolm Hill, and Marko Simonovic off the bench.
Confirmed Lineup: Monte Morris, Bradley Beal, Kyle Kuzma, Kristaps Porzingis, Daniel Gafford
Porzingis scored a career-high 41 points while starting at center against the Timberwolves in November. He shot six-for-10 from three in that match as Minnesota allowed him space to get shots off cleanly on the perimeter. However, Porzingis starting at the four could alter the dynamic of this matchup, and Minnesota's perimeter defense has improved as they've allowed the third-fewest made threes per game (10.3) during their last ten contests.
Confirmed Lineup: Mike Conley, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Kyle Anderson, Rudy Gobert
Rudy Gobert (groin) — Available
Kyle Anderson (back) — Available
Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) — Injured
Gobert scored 21 points on nine-for-nine shooting Monday in the second match he and Conley played together this season. His chemistry with Conley paying dividends isn't a new trend: Gobert logged a +2.6% usage differential with Donovan Mitchell off the floor while Conley was on the court during the 2021-2022 season.
Confirmed Lineup: Terance Mann, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Marcus Morris, Ivica Zubac
Norman Powell (injury management) — Out
Eric Gordon played 21.6 minutes in his Clippers season debut Tuesday, and Bones Hyland played 15.9 minutes in his respective debut. While additional opportunities will be available across the lineup sans Powell, Gordon and Hyland's roles off the bench should increase most sharply.
Confirmed Lineup: Chris Paul, Devin Booker, Josh Okogie, Torrey Craig, Deandre Ayton
Terrence Ross (signed) — Available
Kevin Durant (knee) — Injured
Cam Payne (foot) — Injured
Landry Shamet (foot) — Injured
Darius Bazley was a DNP-CD, and TJ Warren played just 7.0 minutes Tuesday. As a result, Okogie led the Suns with 39.4 minutes as he scored 17 or more points for a third straight game. Ayton has averaged 24.9 points on 23.5% usage this month but has typically struggled against the Clippers, averaging 14.4 points on 22.3% usage in five matchups during the last three seasons.
