Confirmed Lineup: Andrew Nembhard, Chris Duarte, Buddy Hield, Aaron Nesmith, Isaiah Jackson
Tyrese Haliburton (knee) — Out
Buddy Hield (foot) — Available
Myles Turner (back) — Out
Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) — Out
TJ McConnell (back) — Out
Nembhard should continue to act as a lead facilitator after leading the team with eight assists in a similar dynamic against the Pistons on Saturday. Though Jackson and Jalen Smith could be hard-pressed to emulate their efficiency from that game, the two big men, along with Nembhard and Duarte, will be increasingly featured if Hield is ruled out. Nesmith, Oshae Brissett, and Jordan Nwora could absorb most of Hield's time in that event.
Confirmed Lineup: Killian Hayes, Rodney McGruder, Isaiah Livers, Eugene Omoruyi, James Wiseman
Jaden Ivey (health protocols) — Out
Marvin Bagley (ankle) — Out
Alec Burks (foot) — Out
Jared Rhoden (G League) — Available
Buddy Boeheim (G League) — Available
Isaiah Stewart (shoulder) — Injured
Bojan Bogdanovic (Achilles) — Injured
Hamidou Diallo (ankle) — Injured
Cade Cunningham (shin) — Injured
Hayes should continue to dominate the on-ball reps after leading the team with 13 assists as he scored 17 points on seven-for-17 shooting Saturday. Livers led the team with 18 points on seven-for-20 shooting while Wiseman and Jalen Duren were also more involved offensively. While those four should shoulder a majority of the offensive burden, Cory Joseph and RJ Hampton will likely also play increased minutes on a shallow reserve unit.
Confirmed Lineup: Mike Conley, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Kyle Anderson, Rudy Gobert
Rudy Gobert (ankle) — In
Naz Reid (calf) — Out
Jaylen Nowell (knee) — Out
Austin Rivers (back) — Out
Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) — Injured
Reid has registered 27.4% usage and a 15.4% rebound rate, averaging 27.5 minutes in 10 starts with Gobert and Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) sidelined this season. The remaining starters could see slightly increased rebound rates and declines in usage if Gobert is ruled out due to the differences between his and Reid's output.
Confirmed Lineup: Trae Young, Dejounte Murray, De'Andre Hunter, John Collins, Clint Capela
Bogdan Bogdanovic (back) — Available
Capela could be poised for a standout performance if Rudy Gobert (ankle) is ruled out. Capela faced off against the Timberwolves with Naz Reid as the opposing starting center twice in January of 2021, averaging 18.0 points, 17.0 rebounds, and 6.5 blocks during those matches.
Confirmed Lineup: Talen Horton-Tucker, Ochai Agbaji, Lauri Markkanen, Kelly Olynyk, Walker Kessler
Jordan Clarkson (finger) — Out
Collin Sexton (hamstring) — Injured
Horton-Tucker (+5.6%), Ochai Agbaji (+4.6%), and Markkanen (+4.0%) have posted the highest usage differentials on the team, while Horton-Tucker has also registered a +6.9% assist rate differential in the five games Clarkson has missed after the All-Star break.
Confirmed Lineup: Gabe Vincent, Tyler Herro, Jimmy Butler, Kevin Love, Bam Adebayo
Kyle Lowry (knee) — Available
Caleb Martin (knee) — Available
Cody Zeller (nose) — Out
Duncan Robinson (health protocols) — Available
Orlando Robinson (G League) — Out
Nikola Jovic (back) — Injured
Despite coming off the bench, Lowry returned to play 36.2 minutes with Martin sidelined Saturday, though he played a less-involved role as he logged four assists, and 75% of his eight field goal attempts were threes. Lowry, Vincent, Oladipo, and Strus could all play fewer minutes if Martin is cleared to return.
Confirmed Lineup: Tyus Jones, Desmond Bane, Dillon Brooks, Jaren Jackson Jr., Xavier Tillman
Jake LaRavia (back) — Out
Vince Williams Jr. (shoulder) — Out
Ja Morant (not with team) — Out
Brandon Clarke (Achilles) — Injured
Steven Adams (knee) — Injured
Memphis' offense has been remarkably balanced through the three games they've played with Brooks available during Morant's absence. Though Bane (23.8%) and Jackson Jr. (23.7%) have led their starters in usage, the other four players that averaged over 19.0 minutes during those contests logged usage rates between 16.0% and 19.7%. As expected, Jones (35.3%) and Bane (26.8%) registered the highest assist rates on the team during that span.
Confirmed Lineup: Jaden Hardy, Tim Hardaway Jr., Josh Green, Reggie Bullock, Dwight Powell
Luka Doncic (thigh) — Out
Kyrie Irving (foot) — Out
Christian Wood (foot) — Out
Jaden Hardy, Hardaway Jr., and Green started as they were the three Mavs to exceed 20 points and nine field goal attempts in Irving and Doncic's absences Saturday. Irving will assume an elevated distributing role if he rejoins the lineup, demoting Hardy to the bench as Hardaway Jr. and Green are less focal in the offensive effort.
Confirmed Lineup: Marcus Smart, Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Al Horford
Payton Pritchard (heel) — Injured
Robert Williams (hamstring) — Injured
Danilo Gallinari (ACL) — Injured
Confirmed Lineup: Kevin Porter Jr., Jalen Green, KJ Martin, Tari Eason, Jabari Smith Jr.
Alperen Sengun (groin) — Out
Though Boston's overall defensive effort hasn't declined as they allowed the second-fewest points per 100 possessions (108.9) with Robert Williams (hamstring) sidelined for their last four games, their interior defense suffered as they allowed the seventh-most points in the paint per game (54.5) during those contests. Sengun (10.8), Martin (8.0), Green (7.5), and Porter Jr. (7.4) have scored the most points in the paint per game on the Rockets this season.
Confirmed Lineup: Chris Paul, Devin Booker, Josh Okogie, Torrey Craig, Deandre Ayton
Kevin Durant (ankle) — Injured
Landry Shamet (foot) — Injured
Confirmed Lineup: Stephen Curry, Donte DiVincenzo, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Kevon Looney
Draymond Green (ankle) — Available
Jonathan Kuminga (ankle) — Out
Andre Iguodala (hip) — Available
Ty Jerome (two-way) — Ineligible
Anthony Lamb (two-way) — Ineligible
Andrew Wiggins (personal) — Out
Gary Payton II (adductor) — Injured
Ryan Rollins (foot) — Injured
Looney logged 31.0 minutes in regulation, and JaMychal Green played 23.2 minutes with Kuminga remaining sidelined Saturday. Both players could continue to play increased minutes if Kuminga remains out, though their size will likely not be as needed against a Suns team that will utilize one big man at a time.
Confirmed Lineup: Jrue Holiday, Grayson Allen, Khris Middleton, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Brook Lopez
Giannis Antetokounmpo (hand) — Available
Wesley Matthews (calf) — Available
Joe Ingles (injury management) — Out
Bobby Portis will likely continue to start if Antetokounmpo remains sidelined, and he's led the team with a 19.2% rebound rate while recording 21.2% usage during Antetokounmpo's three-game absence. Lopez (24.9%), Middleton (24.7%), and Holiday (23.3%) have led the Bucks in usage, while Middleton (36.5%) and Holiday (31.3%) have registered the highest assist rates on the team in the last three matches.
Confirmed Lineup: De'Aaron Fox, Kevin Huerter, Harrison Barnes, Keegan Murray, Domantas Sabonis
In an outlier worth monitoring, Kessler Edwards led Sacramento's reserves with 25.7 minutes and seven rebounds, scoring 12 points on four-for-six shooting while entering the rotation Saturday. As a result, Keegan Murray logged just 15.3 minutes as Edwards directly was given his and Terence Davis' time.
