Confirmed Lineup: Damian Lillard, Anfernee Simons, Matisse Thybulle, Jerami Grant, Jusuf Nurkic
Anfernee Simons (ankle) — In
Ryan Arcidiacono (back) — Out
Ibou Badji (knee) — Injured
Justise Winslow (ankle) — Injured
Though Simons will likely be restricted if cleared to return, Cam Reddish, Shaedon Sharpe, and Nassir Little stand to play decreased minutes in that event. Additionally, Lillard has logged a -3.4% usage differential with Simons on the court this season and will be asked to shoulder less of the offense when Simons rejoins the lineup.
Confirmed Lineup: James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris, PJ Tucker, Joel Embiid
James Harden (foot) — Not on injury report
Maxey has caught fire since being re-inserted into the starting lineup five games ago, averaging 26.6 points on 22.2% usage while shooting 57.6% from downtown. He could continue to succeed against a Trail Blazers team that will likely utilize their standout perimeter defender on Harden and posted the second-worst defensive rating (122.6) during their last 15 contests.
Confirmed Lineup: Trae Young, Dejounte Murray, De'Andre Hunter, John Collins, Clint Capela
Young led the Hawks with 28 points and 10 assists while shooting a hyper-efficient 11-for-14 from the floor in Atlanta's 122-120 road win over Washington on Wednesday. Atlanta's offense was remarkably balanced as six players scored between 10 and 17 points. Collins notably played 29.2 minutes to reverse a trend of him playing reduced time.
Confirmed Lineup: Monte Morris, Bradley Beal, Kyle Kuzma, Kristaps Porzingis, Daniel Gafford
Porzingis has one of the best performances of his career in Washington's 122-120 home loss to Atlanta on Wednesday, finishing with 43 points, five rebounds, and five assists while shooting 17-for-23 from the field (seven-for-10 from three). Beal led the Wizards with eight assists as Monte Morris played 16.5 minutes off the bench in his return. Beal (32.9%), Porzingis (27.6%), and Kuzma (24.1%) lead the Wizards in usage as they combined to score 76.7% of Washington's points.
Confirmed Lineup: Donovan Mitchell, Caris LeVert, Isaac Okoro, Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen
Darius Garland (quad) — Out
Continuing trends of Mitchell struggling against the Heat while Cleveland and Miami played a low-scoring match, Mitchell scored 18 points on seven-for-18 shooting (one-for-seven from three) in the Cavs' 104-100 road win Wednesday. Garland led the team with 25 points on eight-for-16 shooting and seven assists. Allen and Mobley both scored 15 points, and Okoro scored 13, shooting three-for-four from downtown.
Confirmed Lineup: Gabe Vincent, Tyler Herro, Jimmy Butler, Kevin Love, Bam Adebayo

Duncan Robinson (illness) — Out
Kyle Lowry (knee) — Injured
Nikola Jovic (back) — Injured
Butler was aggressive in Miami's 104-100 home loss to Cleveland on Wednesday, leading the team with 28 points while shooting eight-for-14 from the field and 12-for-15 from the line. Adebayo contributed 17 points on eight-for-11 shooting and just one rebound as he struggled with the Cavs' big men; Herro finished with 22 points, five rebounds, and five assists on seven-for-15 shooting (four-for-eight from three). Victor Oladipo played 31.5 minutes but scored nine points on three-for-10 shooting.

Spencer Dinwiddie (rest) — Not on injury report
Nic Claxton (thumb, Achilles) — Not on injury report
Cam Johnson (knee) — Not on injury report
Royce O'Neale (knee) — Not on injury report
Ben Simmons (knee) — Injured
The Nets allowed key players to rest during their front end of a back-to-back Thursday. Dinwiddie, Claxton, Johnson, and O'Neale were out, while Bridges, Finney-Smith, and the replacement starters didn't start the second half. A typical Nets game where everyone except Simmons is available should be considered likely.
Confirmed Lineup: Mike Conley, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Kyle Anderson, Rudy Gobert
Jaylen Nowell (knee) — Out
Austin Rivers (back) — Out
Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) — Injured
Confirmed Lineup: Jamal Murray, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Michael Porter Jr., Aaron Gordon, Nikola Jokic
Vlatko Cancar (wrist) — Available
Zeke Nnaji (shoulder) — Injured
After first serving exclusively as the backup point guard, Reggie Jackson has averaged 22.0 minutes as shared the floor with Murray for an average of 11.5 minutes during the last five games. As a result, Bruce Brown averaged a reduced 24.6 minutes during that span despite the rotation tightening to nine players.
Confirmed Lineup: Malaki Branham, Devin Vassell, Keldon Johnson, Jeremy Sochan, Zach Collins
Jeremy Sochan (knee) — Available
Zach Collins (ankle) — Not on injury report
Tre Jones (injury management) — Not on injury report
Doug McDermott (thumb) — Available
Romeo Langford (adductor) — Available
Blake Wesley (G League) — Out
Khem Birch (knee) — Injured
As a result of the Spurs being expected to have their healthiest lineup in 2023, their offense should be more balanced. Johnson, Sochan, and Collins previously played more focal offensive roles when the Spurs were shorthanded and should see their responsibilities reduced most.
Confirmed Lineup: Fred VanVleet, OG Anunoby, Scottie Barnes, Pascal Siakam, Jakob Poeltl
Will Barton (illness) — Available
Otto Porter (toe) — Injured
Though the Lakers allowed the fifth-fewest points per 100 possessions (108.4) with LeBron James (foot) sidelined for their last five games, Los Angeles' interior defense has struggled, allowing the third-most points in the paint per game (55.6). Poeltl (12.7), Siakam (9.8), and Barnes (8.2) have scored the most points in the paint per game on the team since Poeltl made his Raptors season debut.
Confirmed Lineup: D'Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley, Troy Brown Jr., Jarred Vanderbilt, Anthony Davis
Anthony Davis (foot) — In
D'Angelo Russell (ankle) — In
Mo Bamba (ankle) — Injured
LeBron James (foot) — Injured
Davis logged a -1.2% usage differential during the 98 minutes he's shared the floor with Russell this season, and there should be slightly less usage available across the lineup as Russell returns. Dennis Schroder and Austin Reaves project to split facilitating responsibilities off the bench.
