Young played 30 minutes in the first leg of the Hawks' back-to-back set, and there's a chance he could appear on the initial injury report for Saturday's matchup. He limped off the court in the fourth quarter of last night's game, and coach Snyder mentioned that Young has "been dealing with some bumps" and got to the team facility around three or four hours early to receive treatment. Atlanta's other starters will garner more usage if Young sits, and Murray will likely lead the charge on the offensive end. Murray has a 24.5% usage rate when playing alongside Young this season, which increases to 27.2% when Young is sidelined.
Confirmed Lineup: Miles McBride, Donte DiVincenzo, OG Anunoby, Julius Randle, Isaiah Hartenstein
Jalen Brunson (calf) — Out
Mitchell Robinson (ankle) — Injured
If Brunson doesn't play, it would be the first game he's missed this season, and more offensive opportunities would likely be available for Anunoby. Since trading for the former Raptor, the Knicks have won five of six games. Over that span, they have a top-10 Offensive Rating (120.8) and the league's best Defensive Rating (104.9). Anunoby has averaged 13.5 points and 5.2 rebounds since being traded. He and the Knicks have a matchup against Memphis, who has been decimated by injuries and the sixth-worst Net Rating (-5.2) league-wide.

With Doncic remaining out, Irving will likely initiate most of the offense again. Last game, Irving scored a season-high 44 points. He's attempted 25 or more field goal attempts in each of the previous three outings, averaging 37.3 points per game over that span. The Mavs will face one of the top defensive units in the Pelicans. New Orleans has a 111.8 Defensive Rating, the seventh-best of any team. Three of the Pels' starters, including Zion Williamson, were listed on the injury report for the first leg of their current back-to-back set but were ultimately upgraded and played.

James and Davis continue to be listed on the injury report despite only missing a combined five games this season. Regardless, the Lakers have struggled recently, losing 11 of their last 16 outings. Sources say that Lakers owner Jeanie Buss and President of Basketball Operations Rob Pelinka have informed coach Ham that he isn't in danger of losing his job, according to Chris Haynes of TNT and Bleacher Report. Ham will attempt to get things right against the Jazz, who have won four straight games and eight of their last 10. In the most recent meeting with Utah, the Lakers won by 32 points.
Confirmed Lineup: Kris Dunn, Collin Sexton, Simone Fontecchio, Lauri Markkanen, John Collins
