Confirmed Lineup: Tyus Jones, Jordan Poole, Deni Avdija, Kyle Kuzma, Marvin Bagley
Daniel Gafford (concussion protocol) — Out
Marvin Bagley (acquired) — In
Isaiah Livers (acquired) — Expected to be available
Bagley and Livers are both not listed on the injury report after being traded from Detroit. Bagley was seen wearing a starter's jersey at practice, an indication that he could be the replacement for Gafford in the first five. In three games without Gafford this season, the Wizards have given up an average of 134.0 points per game, an increase of nearly 10 over the 124.6 they have allowed with him in the lineup. They're better offensively with him as well, averaging 116.0 points for with him in the lineup vs. 109.7 when he misses.
Confirmed Lineup: Jalen Brunson, Donte DiVincenzo, OG Anunoby, Julius Randle, Isaiah Hartenstein
Josh Hart (knee) — Out
Mitchell Robinson (ankle) — Injured
Brunson returned after a two-game absence Wednesday and was not limited. Assuming the Knicks don't decide to play it cautious with him on the second night of a back-to-back, he appears fully over his left calf contusion.
Confirmed Lineup: Coby White, Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan, Alex Caruso, Nikola Vucevic
Patrick Williams (ankle) — Available
Ayo Dosunmu (shoulder) — Available
Andre Drummond (back) — Available
Dalen Terry (knee) — Available
Torrey Craig (foot) — Injured
Lonzo Ball (knee) — Out for season
The Bulls' reserve depth would be severely thinned if both Williams and Dosunmu don't play. Williams has averaged 22.2 minutes per game off the bench this season, while Dosunmu has averaged 20.8. Without Williams in Chicago's last game on Monday, Drummond and Vucevic also overlapped for 11 minutes, all in the second half. Prior to that game, they had only played together for 18 minutes over Drummond's entire Chicago tenure, which began in 2022-23. Assuming he plays through the probable tag, Billy Donovan could maintain that arrangement if Williams remains out. Meanwhile, if Dosunmu sits, Jevon Carter would likely step into a heavier role as the team's top reserve guard.
Confirmed Lineup: Immanuel Quickley, Gary Trent Jr., RJ Barrett, Scottie Barnes, Jontay Porter
Bruce Brown (knee, acquired) — Available
Jordan Nwora (acquired) — Available
Kira Lewis (acquired) — Available
Otto Porter Jr. (knee) — Out
Jakob Poeltl (ankle) — Injured
Toronto is playing on the second night of a back-to-back. Wednesday, in the team's first game since trading Pascal Siakam, the Raptors started Quickley and Trent Jr. together. There were no minutes at the five for Scottie Barnes; outside of garbage time, Jontay Porter and Thaddeus Young solely split minutes at center.
Confirmed Lineup: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Josh Giddey, Jalen Williams, Chet Holmgren
Lu Dort (illness) — Out
Ousmane Dieng (illness) — Out
Tre Mann (illness) — Available
Keyontae Johnson (illness) — Available
Confirmed Lineup: Kris Dunn, Collin Sexton, Simone Fontecchio, Lauri Markkanen, John Collins
Confirmed Lineup: Luke Kennard, John Konchar, Vince Williams, Jaren Jackson Jr., Xavier Tillman
Desmond Bane (ankle) — Injured
Jake LaRavia (ankle) — Injured
Marcus Smart (finger) — Injured
Derrick Rose (hamstring) — Injured
Brandon Clarke (Achilles) — Injured
Ja Morant (shoulder) — Out for season
Steven Adams (knee) — Out for season
The league's most injured team received some relief on Monday, when Jackson Jr. and Aldama returned in a win over the Warriors. Despite the return of two fellow frontcourt players, GG Jackson played the most minutes off the bench for the second game in a row, fully taking advantage of the opportunity created by the team's injury woes. John Konchar was a somewhat surprising DNP-CD against Golden State as the Grizzlies played with a nine-man rotation.
Confirmed Lineup: Mike Conley, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Karl-Anthony Towns, Rudy Gobert
Jaylen Clark (Achilles) — Injured
Edwards has been listed questionable in the Wolves' last two games prior to Thursday with left knee tendonitis, but has played his usual minutes in each. His status may be worth monitoring on the second leg of a back-to-back against the thin Grizzlies.
Confirmed Lineup: TJ McConnell, Bennedict Mathurin, Buddy Hield, Jalen Smith, Myles Turner
Pascal Siakam (acquired) — Out
Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring) — Out
Aaron Nesmith (leg) — Out
Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) — Available
Obi Toppin (calf) — Available
Andrew Nembhard (back) — Out
Siakam is unlikely to make his Pacers debut Thursday, with reports indicating he will join the team in Portland ahead of Indiana's second leg of a back-to-back on Friday. Haliburton, meanwhile, is questionable to make his return after missing four games with a strained left hamstring. If either Haliburton or Nesmith cannot play, Buddy Hield would likely step into the starting role. If they both miss, and Mathurin does as well, rookie Ben Sheppard would likely see extended minutes, and two-ways Isaiah Wong or Kendall Brown could be called up.
Confirmed Lineup: De'Aaron Fox, Kevin Huerter, Harrison Barnes, Keegan Murray, Domantas Sabonis
