LaVine and Vucevic returned last game after respective absences of 17 and five games. Both played off the bench, with LaVine getting 30 minutes and Vucevic receiving 25 minutes. LaVine said after the game that he felt fine physically, while coach Donovan mentioned that the Bulls' medical staff will continue to adjust their minutes restrictions moving forward. Chicago will face the Hornets, which would be an intriguing matchup for Vucevic to reenter the starting lineup and play increased minutes. Charlotte gives up the second-most points (26.2) and rebounds per game (17.0) to centers of any team league-wide.

Jayson Tatum (injury management) — Out
Kristaps Porzingis (eye) — Available
Sam Hauser (shoulder) — Out
With Tatum and Porzingis uncertain to play, the Celtics could be without two starters with two of the team's three highest usage rates. Brown's 28.6% usage rate is the team's second-highest, and he and White would be in line to garner even more usage if either Tatum or Porzingis sits. When both have been off the floor, White's 33.0% usage rate leads the team, while Brown's rate of 30.5% is the second-highest.

Jimmy Butler (toe) — Out
RJ Hampton (illness) — Out
Dru Smith (knee) — Out for season
Butler will miss his fourth consecutive outing, meaning Adebayo and Herro will likely continue to have the ball in their hands. Since Butler's been sidelined, Adebayo and Herro have posted team-high usage rates of 28.0% and 26.3%. The Heat have lost three of those four games, posting the league's sixth-worst Offensive Rating (106.3) over that span. They'll now face a Rockets team that has won three of their last four contests and has the league's seventh-best Defensive Rating (109.1) over those four games.
Confirmed Lineup: Kris Dunn, Collin Sexton, Simone Fontecchio, Lauri Markkanen, John Collins
Confirmed Lineup: Giannis Antetokounmpo, Malik Beasley, Andre Jackson Jr., Khris Middleton, Brook Lopez
Damian Lillard (personal) — Out
Cam Payne (concussion protocol) — Out
Jae Crowder (adductor) — Injured
The Bucks have played two games without Lillard this season and lost both outings. They averaged 110.5 points in those contests, compared to the 125.1 points per game they've scored with Lillard available. Antetokounmpo saw increased usage in the outings that Lillard sat, averaging a 44.4% usage rate compared to his season-long rate of 33.2%. The Bucks will face the Jazz, who started the season slow but have a top-10 Net Rating (+5.6) through four games in January. Opposing power forwards score the third-most points per game (26.1) against Utah, setting Antetokounmpo up nicely in a game where he'll be without his co-star.
