LaVine and Vucevic returned last game after respective absences of 17 and five games. Both played off the bench, with LaVine getting 30 minutes and Vucevic receiving 25 minutes. LaVine said after the game that he felt fine physically, while coach Donovan mentioned that the Bulls' medical staff will continue to adjust their minutes restrictions moving forward. Chicago will face the Hornets, which would be an intriguing matchup for Vucevic to reenter the starting lineup and play increased minutes. Charlotte gives up the second-most points (26.2) and rebounds per game (17.0) to centers of any team league-wide.

The Heat have lost three of those four games, posting the league's sixth-worst Offensive Rating (106.3) over that span. They'll now face a Rockets team that has won three of their last four contests and has the league's seventh-best Defensive Rating (109.1) over those four games.
