Barnes posted a team-leading 22.7% assist rate in 39.0 minutes with VanVleet out Saturday. Trent Jr. (30.8%), Chris Boucher (28.8%), and Anunoby (26.1%) also took on increased usage.

Hayes has recorded 20.9% usage and a 29.2% assist rate in 34.7 minutes per game with Cunningham out. Ivey (27.5%) and Bogdanovic (26.8%) have led in usage during Cunningham's absence, and both have cleared 20.0% assist rates as well.

Ball was able to play 28.2 minutes while posting 31.7% usage and a 30.0% assist rate in his return. Rozier (26.0%), Oubre (24.3%), and Washington (12.5%) all saw decreased usage and should share the floor more with Ball moving forward.

Adebayo has led Miami in usage (26.7%) and Butler in assist rate (31.5%) during Herro's three-game absence, with two matchups coming against the Hornets. The Heat could use Herro back for a matchup against a Suns team that ranks second in defensive rating (107.5 points/100 possessions).
