Mann only being able to play 3.3 minutes in the last two games has vaulted Gilgeous-Alexander into an even more prominent role. His usage (36.1%) and assist rate (32.0%) from those two games represent at least 4.7% increases from his season-long numbers.

Collins' 15.6% usage is a career-low by 1.8%. He is finishing only 1.7 possessions per game as the pick-and-roll screener, also a career-low.

McCollum led the Pelicans in both usage (31.3%) and assist rate (42.9%) with Williamson out Tuesday. Jose Alvarado tied for the lead in assist rate while surprisingly finishing second in usage (26.1%).

Green averaged 20.8 points per game last March in a similar role to the one he has claimed this season. He averaged 9.5 points per game on 36.4% shooting in two games against Dallas that month.
