Knox started the previous game in Duren's stead to help create more space offensively for Cunningham, who was limited to 20 points after scoring a combined 19 points in the previous two games. Things could get worse as Cunningham's effectiveness has decreased when Duren, Hayes, and Harris have been off the court. While Cunningham has etched a +8.1% assist rate differential under those parameters, his effective field goal mark has descended to a team-low 38.7%.

The Cavs have been without one of Garland or Mitchell in each of the last two games, winning both against two of the worst teams in the league. Now, sans Mitchell, they'll face one of the best teams in the West.
The Nuggets have gone 3-2 without Jamal Murray, and their opponents have committed a league-low 10.6 turnovers per game over that span. When Mitchell has been off the court, Garland has transitioned from facilitator to scorer with a team-high +7.8% usage rate differential.
Confirmed Lineup: De'Aaron Fox, Chris Duarte, Harrison Barnes, Keegan Murray, Domantas Sabonis
Kevin Huerter (finger) — Out
Trey Lyles (calf) — Injured
Alex Len (ankle) — Injured
Huerter suffered a left hand injury during the second half of the previous game but closed out the win. The injury is currently classified as a sprained left finger -- belonging to his non-shooting hand. Coach Brown replaced Davion Mitchell in the rotation with Keon Ellis the past three games, but if Huerter is unable to play, Mitchell could get a second chance.
Confirmed Lineup: Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, Derrick Jones Jr., Grant Williams, Dereck Lively II
Luka Doncic (knee) — Available
Seth Curry (hip) — Out
Maxi Kleber (toe) — Injured
Irving has been on the injury report with a sprained left foot in each of the last two second legs of back-to-back sets. He played one of those games, but he sat Wednesday in a 13-point win over the Wizards. The Mavs have four games the rest of the month, and the next three all come with two days of rest in between. Irving played more than 30 minutes in Saturday's loss for the first time since November 8th, and his status will be one to monitor when the Mavs release their injury report.
Confirmed Lineup: Jrue Holiday, Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Kristaps Porzingis
Jaylen Brown (adductor) — Available
Brown suffered a strained right adductor during the previous game, and he blamed the slick In-Season Tournament court. Al Horford or Sam Hauser could start if Brown misses the front end of the back-to-back set. When Brown has been off the court, Tatum has run the offense while Holiday has recorded a team-high +7.8% usage rate differential.
The Celtics are currently favored by 9.5 points and face a Grizzlies squad playing on zero days rest. Additionally, the Celtics are 3-0 against teams in the bottom 10 in point differential, and they won those games by a cumulative 53 points. Minutes could be suppressed regardless of Brown's status, and the quality of the opponent could result in a day off.
Confirmed Lineup: John Konchar, Desmond Bane, Santi Aldama, Jaren Jackson Jr., Bismack Biyombo

Confirmed Lineup: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Josh Giddey, Cason Wallace, Lu Dort, Chet Holmgren
Jalen Williams (hip) — Out
The Thunder are playing on zero days rest after Saturday's overtime win. None of their rotation players rested during the second game of their first back-to-back earlier this season, and they'll have two days off after facing one of the worst teams in the league.
The Blazers have an extremely exploitable interior defense, yielding 56.7 points in the paint per 100 possessions -- 2nd highest mark -- and they have allowed the second-highest percentage of attempts at the rim (37.7%) and ninth-highest efficiency at the rim (68.6%) -- making them one of three teams to rank in the bottom 10 in both. Enter Gilgeous-Alexander, who leads all players with 21.5 drives per game and averages 14.5 points in the paint per game.
