Orlando Magic News

Confirmed Lineup: Jalen Suggs, Gary Harris, Franz Wagner, Paolo Banchero, Wendell Carter Jr.

  • Jalen Suggs (head) — Not on injury report

  • Markelle Fultz (injury maintenance) — Out

For most of the 2023-2024 campaign, Anthony Black has been the primary injury replacement for Fultz in the starting lineup. However, coach Mosley started Suggs and Harris in the backcourt last game. Regardless of which players start at the guard spots, they should be able to find success against the Pistons. Detroit is on a four-game losing streak and has had the league's worst Offensive Rating (101.6) in those outings. Defensively, they've given up the most points per game (27.4) to point guards this season.

Detroit Pistons News

Confirmed Lineup: Cade Cunningham, Jaden Ivey, Ausar Thompson, Simone Fontecchio, Jalen Duren

  • Quentin Grimes (knee) — In

  • Marcus Sasser (knee) — Out

  • Isaiah Stewart — Suspended

Grimes hasn't been available since arriving in Detroit. It's unclear what his role will be with his new team, but at the least, he'll provide depth in the backcourt. He and the Pistons are set to face the Magic, who have quietly won seven of their last 10 outings. These teams have met twice this season with Orlando winning both contests by a combined 44 points. Detroit scored less than 100 points in both games, while the Magic averaged 117.0 points per contest.

Boston Celtics News

Confirmed Lineup: Jrue Holiday, Derrick White, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Kristaps Porzingis

New York Knicks News

Confirmed Lineup: Jalen Brunson, Donte DiVincenzo, Josh Hart, Precious Achiuwa, Isaiah Hartenstein

  • Miles McBride (illness) — Available

  • Julius Randle (shoulder) — Injured

  • OG Anunoby (elbow) — Injured

  • Mitchell Robinson (ankle) — Injured

Brooklyn Nets News

Confirmed Lineup: Ben Simmons, Cam Thomas, Mikal Bridges, Dorian Finney-Smith, Nic Claxton

  • Dariq Whitehead (shin) — Out for season

Minnesota Timberwolves News

Confirmed Lineup: Mike Conley, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Kyle Anderson, Karl-Anthony Towns

  • Rudy Gobert (knee) — Out

  • Jaylen Clark (Achilles) — Injured

The Timberwolves will play the second leg of a back-to-back set against the Nets, one of the most disappointing teams in the league this season. Over their last five games, Brooklyn has gone 1-4 while posting a league-worst -19.1 Net Rating. In comparison, the Timberwolves are 4-1 in their last five and have had a league-best +18.1 Net Rating.
