Jones will miss his eighth straight game after playing each of the first 66 to open the season. Jordan Poole has been starting at point guard in Jones' absence. Over that span, he's averaged 21.4 points and 5.9 assists in 31.6 minutes per outing.
Holmes is joining the list of unavailable Wizards after leaving Wednesday's game after 12 minutes and not returning. Bagley played 25 minutes off the bench in Holmes' place and is the likely starter at center against Detroit. Bagley has averaged 13.7 points and 8.1 rebounds per game across 21 appearances as a Wizard this campaign.

Gary Harris (foot) — Not on injury report
Markelle Fultz (injury maintenance) — Out
Harris has missed each of the last two games with a strained right plantar fascia but is primed to return against the Clippers. He's been a regular starter when available since the All-Star break as Orlando has elected to play Markelle Fultz off the bench. Harris averages 8.5 points in 24.2 minutes per game across 19 appearances in the first five this season.
Confirmed Lineup: D'Angelo Russell, Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, LeBron James, Anthony Davis
LeBron James (ankle) — In
Anthony Davis (knee) — In
Gabe Vincent (knee) — Out
Jarred Vanderbilt (foot) — Injured
Christian Wood (knee) — Injured
Jalen Hood-Schifino (back) — Injured
This is the usual listing for James, who sat out on Tuesday to rest his ankle before returning on Wednesday. He played 35 minutes in that game against Memphis, triple-doubling with 23 points, 14 rebounds, and 12 assists. The Lakers will be picking and choosing their spots to manage James' ankle down the stretch, so his status is always worth monitoring up until tipoff.
On the other hand, Davis appears genuinely questionable after suffering his knee injury in a heroic 52-minutes, double overtime performance Tuesday, during which he scored 34 points and grabbed 23 rebounds in a win over the Bucks. James would once again be the focal point against Indiana if Davis were unable to return to the lineup.

Donovan Mitchell (nose) — In
Darius Garland (ankle) — In
Caris LeVert (wrist) — Out
Craig Porter Jr. (illness) — Out
Dean Wade (knee) — Injured
Ty Jerome (ankle) — Injured
Mitchell is listed questionable for Friday's contest after missing the past six games with a fractured nose and a lingering sore left knee. It was reported earlier in the week that Mitchell was targeting a return as soon as this game. He underwent a nasal procedure last week. His production was noticeably diluted in his original return from a left knee bone bruise, and the surgery provided him additional recovery time. Mitchell's potential return couldn't be timed better for Cleveland, which also got Max Strus (knee) back on Wednesday. The Cavs have gone 6-9 in March including a loss to lowly Charlotte last game; Cleveland is also 33-16 with Mitchell in the lineup this season compared to just 11-13 without him.
Confirmed Lineup: Jalen Brunson, Miles McBride, Donte DiVincenzo, Josh Hart, Isaiah Hartenstein
Alec Burks (shoulder) — Out
Julius Randle (shoulder) — Injured
OG Anunoby (elbow) — Injured

Keldon Johnson (knee) — Available
Charles Bassey (knee) — Out for season
Confirmed Lineup: Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, Grayson Allen, Kevin Durant, Jusuf Nurkic
Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) — Available
Damion Lee (knee) — Injured
Nurkic missed Wednesday's game at Denver, allowing Drew Eubanks to start and play 27 minutes in his absence. It was the most minutes Eubanks had played since January 28. He averages 4.4 points and 5.2 rebounds in 22.6 minutes across five starts this season. Notably, Thaddeus Young joined the Phoenix rotation in the game against Denver, playing 18 minutes off the bench.
Confirmed Lineup: Josh Giddey, Lu Dort, Jalen Williams, Aaron Wiggins, Chet Holmgren
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (quad) — Out
Gilgeous-Alexander's missed game Wednesday was just his second absence of the year and his first since November 3. Wallace filled in in the starting lineup and recorded four points in 25 minutes. Williams and Giddey each took 20 or more shots in the loss to the Rockets; Giddey's usage rate is nearly 10 percentage points higher in the two games without SGA this campaign.
Confirmed Lineup: Scoot Henderson, Rayan Rupert, Kris Murray, Jabari Walker, Deandre Ayton
Deandre Ayton (elbow) — In
Matisse Thybulle (ankle) — Available
Jerami Grant (hamstring) — Out
Anfernee Simons (knee) — Out
Toumani Camara (rib) — Out
Malcolm Brogdon (elbow) — Injured
Shaedon Sharpe (core) — Injured
Robert Williams (knee) — Out for season
Coach Billups has options with Camara slated to miss just his third game since January 3. Portland could move the red-hot Banton into the starting lineup in Camara's place, pushing Murray down to the four, or Jabari Walker could start in a more like-for-like move. Over Portland's last three games, all without Simons, Banton has averaged a team-leading 36.1 minutes per game with 24.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 5.0 assists.
Confirmed Lineup: Terry Rozier, Patty Mills, Jimmy Butler, Nikola Jovic, Bam Adebayo
Jimmy Butler (illness) — Available
Jaime Jaquez Jr. (ankle) — Available
Kevin Love (heel) — Available
Caleb Martin (ankle) — Available
Duncan Robinson (back) — Out
Tyler Herro (foot) — Injured

Confirmed Lineup: Mike Conley, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Naz Reid, Rudy Gobert
Anthony Edwards (back) — In
Rudy Gobert (rib) — In
Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) — Injured
Jaylen Clark (Achilles) — Injured
Edwards has been procedurally listed on the injury report of late with a finger ailment, but the back spams are a new notation. He has played through questionable tags all season long, so if he misses against the champion Nuggets on Friday, his back must really be bothering him. Edwards snapped a streak of 11 straight games with 35 or more minutes on Wednesday, only totaling 29 against the Pistons. He didn't play at all in the fourth quarter with the game largely out of hand.
Confirmed Lineup: Reggie Jackson, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Michael Porter Jr., Aaron Gordon, Nikola Jokic
Nikola Jokic (back, hip) — Available
Jamal Murray (knee) — Out
Zeke Nnaji (adductor) — Out
Vlatko Cancer (knee) — Injured
Confirmed Lineup: Fred VanVleet, Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, Amen Thompson, Jabari Smith Jr.
Alperen Sengun (ankle, knee) — Injured
Cam Whitmore (knee) — Injured
Tari Eason (leg) — Out for season
Steven Adams (knee) — Out for season
The surging Rockets will put their 10-game winning streak on the line against Utah on Thursday. Houston is 12-1 in March, boasting the best winning percentage in the league this month. The Rockets are also second in net rating over that span, trailing only the NBA-leading Celtics.
Jalen Green has been a huge reason for the surge. He's fifth in the NBA in scoring this month, averaging 28.5 points per game on 50.4% shooting. Despite all the positivity around the Rockets right now, however, Houston remains one game behind Golden State for the 10th seed in the West and the last spot in the play-in tournament.
Confirmed Lineup: Keyonte George, Collin Sexton, Brice Sensabaugh, Taylor Hendricks, John Collins
Lauri Markkanen (shoulder) — Out
Johnny Juzang (back) — Available
Jordan Clarkson (back) — Out
After missing some time due to a strained right groin, Clarkson played one game before injuring his back, and he'll now be out for the second game in a row. Coach Hardy ran an extremely tight rotation against the Spurs on Wednesday, with only one bench player exceeding 13 minutes. George and Collin Sexton should both have extremely high minutes floors with Clarkson out of the lineup against Houston.
Confirmed Lineup: Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, Derrick Jones Jr., PJ Washington, Daniel Gafford
Luka Doncic (Achilles) — Available
Maxi Kleber (knee) — Available
Josh Green (ankle) — Injured
Confirmed Lineup: De'Aaron Fox, Keon Ellis, Harrison Barnes, Keegan Murray, Domantas Sabonis
Sasha Vezenkov (ankle) — Out
Kevin Huerter (shoulder) — Injured
Trey Lyles (knee) — Injured
