Milwaukee Bucks News

Confirmed Lineup: Damian Lillard, Patrick Beverley, Khris Middleton, Bobby Portis, Brook Lopez

  • Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) — Out

  • Khris Middleton (ankle) — In

  • Chris Livingston (illness) — Out

With Antetokounpo unlikely to play, the Bucks will continue to look for big games from Lillard and Middleton. If the latter is also ultimately sidelined, Lillard could be in line for a high-usage outing. When on the floor sans Antetokounmpo and Middleton this season, Lillard has seen a +7.87 usage rate differential. Portis' 28.06% usage rate is the team's second-highest when the two aforementioned players aren't on the floor. Milwaukee and Indiana each have one win in the series, and the Bucks could help Antetokounmpo out by winning Game 3, lessening the pressure for him to rush back from his ailment.

Indiana Pacers News

Confirmed Lineup: Tyrese Haliburton, Andrew Nembhard, Aaron Nesmith, Pascal Siakam, Myles Turner

  • Bennedict Mathurin (shoulder) — Out for season

Los Angeles Clippers News

Confirmed Lineup: James Harden, Terance Mann, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Ivica Zubac

  • Kawhi Leonard (knee) — In

Leonard made his return in Game 2 after being sidelined since March 31. He posted 15 points in 35 minutes, and at times, looked a bit uncomfortable. After that contest, George didn't seem to be concerned with Leonard's performance in his first game back. "Kawhi is one of the best in the world. He's going to find his rhythm," George said. "We're going to find our rhythm around him. We feel good about it." Leonard's final status for Friday's contest has yet to be determined. The Clippers lost Game 2 and will now be hosted by Dallas for the next two outings.

Dallas Mavericks News

Confirmed Lineup: Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, Derrick Jones Jr., PJ Washington, Daniel Gafford

  • Daniel Gafford (back) — Available

  • Tim Hardaway Jr. (ankle) — Out

  • Olivier-Maxence Prosper (ankle) — Out

Gafford's final status will be something to watch for the Mavs' Game 3 matchup with the Clippers. Over the first two games of the series, he has averaged just 1.5 points in 11.5 minutes per contest. Meanwhile, Dereck Livley II and Maxi Kleber both played over 20 minutes in Game 2, with Lively II starting the second half for Gafford. Opposing centers scored the third-fewest points per game (20.5) against the Clippers during the regular season, so Dallas needs as much depth as possible at that position.

Minnesota Timberwolves News

Confirmed Lineup: Mike Conley, Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, Karl-Anthony Towns, Rudy Gobert

  • Kyle Anderson (hip) — Available

Phoenix Suns News

Confirmed Lineup: Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, Royce O'Neale, Kevin Durant, Jusuf Nurkic

  • Grayson Allen (ankle) — Out

  • Damion Lee (knee) — Injured

Allen sprained his ankle in each of the series' first two games and was asked about the injuries on Thursday. “It’s really unlucky to be the same thing two games in a row,” Allen said. “Been going a whole season really without it happening. It sucks.” However, at Thursday's practice, Allen said that the ailment felt better than expected. If he does happen to be sidelined, Eric Gordon could draw a spot start. Gordon played 15 second-half minutes in Game 2 compared to the eight first-half minutes he received when Allen was available.
