Confirmed Lineup: Chelsea Gray, Kelsey Plum, Jackie Young, A'ja Wilson, Megan Gustafson
Coach Hammon experimented with her fifth starter for the second game in a row on Sunday at Chicago, deploying Gustafson at center. One contest prior, Alysha Clark was in the first five, replacing longtime starter Kiah Stokes. Gustafson scored 13 points and added four rebounds in 23 minutes against the Sky, but she committed five fouls. Clark also played 23 minutes off the bench, while Stokes played a season-low 10 minutes. Most importantly, the Aces won the game on a Wilson buzzer-beater, and Gustafson played nearly the entirety of the fourth quarter, suggesting she may be in line for another start against Dallas.
Confirmed Lineup: Jacy Sheldon, Arike Ogunbowale, Satou Sabally, Natasha Howard, Teaira McCowan
The Wings played one of the most exciting games in WNBA history on Sunday, defeating the Sparks by a 113-110 final thanks to a frantic comeback that saw Dallas outscore Los Angeles by a 40-18 margin in the fourth quarter. The 223 combined points tied the WNBA record for the most in a single non-overtime game, joining the 223 that the Aces and Liberty totaled on July 6, 2022.
