The Aces are trying to avoid their first pair of consecutive losses since last August. Las Vegas has a 100.0 defensive rating this month after posting a 96.3 defensive rating through July. They've allowed a league-high 25.2 three-point attempts per game in August which bodes well for Sabrina Ionescu who attempts 8.0 three-pointers per game. Ionescu has averaged a team-high 26.5 points per game in the last two regular-season contests against the Aces and is shooting 46.5% from deep this month.
