Connecticut Sun at New York Liberty, 8pm ET

Sun Injury Report: TBD

Sun Confirmed Lineup: Natisha Hiedeman, Tiffany Hayes, Rebecca Allen, DeWanna Bonner, Alyssa Thomas

Liberty Injury Report: Han Xu (overseas) is OUT.

Liberty Confirmed Lineup: Courtney Vandersloot, Sabrina Ionescu, Betnijah Laney, Breanna Stewart, Jonquel Jones

After getting swept by the Liberty in the regular season, Connecticut won their semi-final series opener with great defensive play. New York scored just 63 points as Breanna Stewart, Sabrina Ionescu, and Betnijah Laney shot a combined 25.0% from the field. The Sun played aggressively around the basket as they recorded five more rebounds and 12 more points in the paint than the Liberty. DeWanna Bonner scored a team-high 20 points for Connecticut, and her ability to consistently score could be the deciding factor in this series.

Dallas Wings at Las Vegas Aces, 10pm ET

Wings Injury Report: TBD

Wings Confirmed Lineup: Odyssey Sims, Arike Ogunbowale, Satou Sabally, Natasha Howard, Teaira McCowan

Aces Injury Report: TBD

Aces Confirmed Lineup: Chelsea Gray, Kelsey Plum, Jackie Young, A'ja Wilson, Kiah Stokes

In the first game of this series, the Aces showed why they were the preseason title favorite, and A'ja Wilson reinforced her case for league MVP honors. Wilson recorded 34 points, eight rebounds, and four blocks. She converted 71.4% of her field goal attempts and made all four of her free throws. If the Wings are going to compete during the rest of the series, they must get more from their core players on the offensive end. Last game, Satou Sabally, Arike Ogunbowale, and Natasha Howard shot 14-of-42 from the field and combined for 39 points.
