Beginning Monday, April 21, 2025 at 12:00:00 PM ET and concluding on Sunday, August 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (the “Promotion Period”), Underdog Sports, LLC (“Sponsor”) will host a giveaway (the “Giveaway”). The Giveaway will be divided into twenty (“19”) entry periods, each an “Entry Period.”:

• Entry Period 4 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, 2025.

• Entry Period 5 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 25, 2025.

• Entry Period 6 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, May 26, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, 2025.

• Entry Period 7 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

• Entry Period 8 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2025.

• Entry Period 9 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, June 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025.

• Entry Period 10 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2025.

• Entry Period 11 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2025.

• Entry Period 12 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

• Entry Period 13 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, July 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

• Entry Period 14 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, July 21, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2025.

• Entry Period 15 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2025.

• Entry Period 16 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, August 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

• Entry Period 17 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, 2025.

• Entry Period 18 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

• Entry Period 19 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on Monday, August 25, 2025 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2025.

Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the giveaway at any time. To enter the Giveaway, follow these 3 steps during the Promotion Period for your chance to win: (1) create an Underdog account; (2) complete an app review for Underdog Fantasy on either IOS or Android; and (3) Include your username in the app review.

During each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (“1”) Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. One (“1”) winner will be announced each week of the Giveaway, no later than 48 hours after the conclusion of each Entry Period. The prize will be an Underdog T-shirt, an Underdog Hat, or both a T-Shirt and a Hat. Winners will be selected at random and will receive the prize via mail to the address associated with their Underdog account.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTICIPANTS IN THE GIVEAWAY MUST REGISTER AND MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT WITH UNDERDOG FANTASY ON THE UNDERDOG FANTASY APP OR WEBSITE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”), WHICH IN TURN INCORPORATE AND APPLY TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN AND CONTROL THE PROMOTION AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE TERMS. The Giveaway is only open to individuals who (i) are at least 18 years of age (or 19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 19+ in Colorado for some games, and 21+ in Arizona and Massachusetts); (ii) are physically present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates; and (iii) are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Underdog credit not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Underdog credit cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the recipients; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions at its discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Underdog credit due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
