From Thursday, December 25, 205 at 12:00 PM EST to Thursday, December 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”), Underdog Sports LLC (“Sponsor”) will host a giveaway. Follow these 5 steps: (1) follow Underdog Fantasy at @Underdog on Twitter/X; (2) follow UnderdogNFL at @UnderdogNFL on Twitter/X; (3) follow UnderdogNBA at @UnderdogNBA on Twitter/X; (4) repost the post; (5) reply to the post with #UnderdogUnwrapped. (1) Apple AirPods Pro 3; (2) Sony Playstation 5 Console. The total number of AirPods awarded will be determined by the total number of NBA players that score 40 – up to a maximum of ten (10) players – for the slate of NBA games that tip off on Thursday, December 25, 2025, with $250 awarded per 40-point scorer. The total number of Playstations awarded will be determined by the total number of NFL teams that score 30 or more points on Christmas Day, up to a maximum of five (5) touchdown scores, with $500 awarded per touchdown. Winners will be selected at random and will receive withdrawable cash sent to their Underdog account in the amount that sticker price of the item.

The Giveaway is only open to individuals who (i) are at least 18 years of age (or 19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 19+ in Colorado for some games, and 21+ in Arizona and Massachusetts); (ii) are physically present in a state where Underdog Fantasy operates; and (iii) are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Underdog credit not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Underdog credit cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the recipients; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Underdog credit due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

Participants enter at their own risk and the Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused by events beyond its control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted.
