2. Acknowledgement

   : As a condition of participating in the Underdog NBA x NFL Fantasy Contest EntryGiveaway, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Underdog NBA x NFL Fantasy Contest Entry Giveaway Official Rules (“Official Rules”), the Underdog Fantasy Promotions and Sweepstakes Rules (“General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The General Rules are available here and are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Giveaway Period

   : The Giveaway begins at 9:59:00 AM ET on Thursday, October 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59:00 PM ET on Thursday, October 23, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). All references to time of day contained in these Official Rules refer to the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of the Giveaway.

4. Eligibility

   : The Giveaway is open only to individual legal residents of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming who at the time of entry are: (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age, except for individuals who are physically located in Alabama, Colorado, or Nebraska, in which case you must be at least nineteen (19) years of age; and for individuals who are physically located in Arizona, Massachusetts, or Virginia you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and (ii) have an Underdog Fantasy account. This Giveaway is void in New York. You must at all times during the Giveaway abide by and satisfy all requirements in these Official Rules and the General Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Any individual who is listed on any U.S. state or Underdog self-exclusion list is not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

5. How To Enter

   : NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Upon receiving an invitation from Sponsor, to enter the Giveaway, participants must either: (a) Online/Mobile App Method of Entry: You may enter by: (i) either creating an Underdog Fantasy account (via https://underdogfantasy.com/ or within the Underdog Fantasy mobile app), or logging into your existing Underdog Fantasy account; (ii) creating and submitting a Pick’em or Champions entry that includes at least one NBA player and at least one NFL player combined to form your submitted fantasy contest entry in compliance with Sponsor’s existing Pick’em and Champions Rules; and (iii) reply to Sponsor’s tweet on Twitter/X regarding this specific Giveaway by showing your Pick’em or Champions entry created and submitted per the requirements in (ii) above.

Once the foregoing (i), (ii), and (iii) have been completed during the Giveaway Period, you have been entered into the Giveaway. Creating an Underdog Fantasy account is free. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by the online or phone service of your choice may apply. In the event you are taking any of the steps described above via a mobile device and using a wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from such wireless carrier may apply;

(b) Write-in Method of Entry: You may enter the Giveaway by following the instructions in 5(a)(i) and sending an email to support@underdogfantasy.com with the following information: (1) subject line should read “NBA x NFL Fantasy Contest Entry Giveaway”; (2) your legal first and last name; (3) your date of birth; (4) your home address (P.O. boxes are not permitted), (4) your Underdog Fantasy account username, and (5) the email address associated with your Underdog Fantasy account. Failure to comply with all these requirements will result in disqualification of your write-in method of entry. Again, you must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. All write-in entries must be received before 11:59:00 PM ET on Thursday, October 23, 2025, prior to the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. For clarity, a winner from the write-in method of entry does not result in the awarding of the Prize to anyone but such winner.

Limit: YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THE GIVEAWAY ONCE.Any attempt by you to obtain more than one prize may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the Giveaway Period. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Underdog Fantasy account used to enter will be deemed to be the proper entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address linked to the applicable Underdog Fantasy account. Entrants may be required to show proof of being the applicable authorized account holder.

1. Prizes and Odds of Winning

   : Odds of receiving a Prize (defined below) depend on the number of participants who enter the Giveaway. Fifty (50) eligible recipients will receive $20 in bonus funds (“Prize”), subject to verification of the recipients’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules and further subject to the “Prize Restrictions” set forth below.

   In the event a potential recipient does not meet the requirements for claiming a Prize, such potential recipient shall not be entitled to the Prize, or any other item, compensation or monetary value whatsoever, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the potential recipient.

Total Maximum Aggregate Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $1,000

Prize Restrictions: Winners of the Giveaway will be announced via Sponsor’s Twitter/X account, @underdog, on Friday, October 25. Prizes will be delivered to the winners’ Underdog Fantasy account by 11:59:00 PM ET on Friday, October 24, 2025. Prize is non-transferable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipients. The Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the recipients; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor will not replace the Prize in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/REQUIREMENTS.

   By entering the Giveaway, participant agrees to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize awarded in the Giveaway, including but not limited to any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or merchandise delivery. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the participant ineligible. By entering, participant further agrees that (i) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.

   WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

   Sponsor is not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in these Official Rules, the General Rules, or any other materials associated with the Giveaway.

By entering this Giveaway or accepting a Prize, each recipient agrees to maintain his/her behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Giveaway activity, including use of a Prize.

Participants enter at their own risk and Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused by events beyond its control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to revise these Official Rules.
