On Thursday, March 20, 2025 beginning at 12:00:00 PM ET and ending Sunday, March 23 at 11:59:00 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”), Underdog Sports, LLC (“Sponsor”) will host a giveaway. Follow these 4 steps during the Promotion Period for your chance to win: (1) create an Underdog account; (2) follow Underdog Fantasy at @UnderdogFantasy on Twitter/X; (3) “like” the Tweet; and (4) reply with your favorite Underdog in the Tournament. The amount of winners and Underdog bonus credit given away will be determined by the number of teams in March Madness that win a game in the Round of 64 and Round of 32 as a lower-seeded team in their respective matchup. Underdog will award $20 to 5 customers for every lower seed team that wins, up to a maximum of 20 lower-seeded team. Winners will be selected at random and will receive $20 in Underdog Fantasy bonus credit deposited to their Underdog account.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Underdog credit not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Underdog credit cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the recipients; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions at its discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Underdog credit due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
