On Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 12:00 PM EST to 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”), Underdog Sports, LLC (“Sponsor”) will host a giveaway. The Giveaway is only open to individuals who are physically present in Missouri during the Promotion Period. Follow these 3 steps: (1) follow Underdog Fantasy at @UnderdogFantasy on Twitter; (2) comment your Underdog username as a reply to the original Twitter post; and (3) repost the post. Underdog will award two (2) tickets to the Kansas City Chiefs game taking place on Saturday, December 21, 2024 to the winner. The tickets will be transferred via email no later than Friday, December 20. Odds of winning depend on the number of participants who enter the Giveaway.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Total Maximum Aggregate Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $1,400.

The Giveaway is only open to individuals who (i) are at least 18 years of age; (ii) are physically present in Missouri during the Promotion Period; and (iii) are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program during the Promotion Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of Sponsor’s affiliates, agents, and advertising, public relations, and promotional agencies, and members of each of the preceding’s immediate families (i.e., spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Underdog credit not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Underdog credit cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the recipients; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions at its discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Underdog credit due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

Participants enter at their own risk and the Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused by events beyond its control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted.
